Leadership and Founder's Message

Larry Hesenius, President and Founder of OceanView Advisory Services, has extensive hands-on experience at both the local and national level in the areas of Operational Strategy, Human Capital and Business Development/Sales. His career includes healthcare administration, vice president of a national staffing company, consultant, sales, marketing, labor relations and contract negotiations.  By developing long-term relationships with clients based upon mutual trust and understanding, Larry is able to share his knowledge and experience with them to achieve desired goals.
