Larry Hesenius, President and Founder of OceanView Advisory Services, has over 30 years of hands on experience at both the local and national level in the areas of Organizational Strategy, Operations and Human Capital. His career includes healthcare administration, vice president of a national staffing company, consultant, sales, marketing, labor relations and contract negotiations.  By developing long-term relationships with clients based upon mutual trust and understanding, Larry is able to share his knowledge and experience with them to achieve desired goals.
