- Posting job openings which attract the best available talent
- Sourcing, screening and conducting initial candidate interviews.
- Completing reference and background checks, verifying skills and ensuring that applicants are the correct "fit" to become a valued member of your team. Fit is everything!
- Presenting a select number of applicants for actual interview.
